The case study activities in this course are designed to help you apply the principles of case management, understand the multiple roles played by case managers, protect the client’s confidentiality, complete case recording and documentation effectively and efficiently, and manage time. Earn 3 CRCC pre-approved CE clock hours toward CRC or CVE renewal.
